About the role#
Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Florida Registered Intern (RCSWI, RMFTI, or RMHCI) to join our outpatient clinic. You will provide clinical care while working in a supportive environment that prioritizes your professional development. This role involves a blended service model, allowing for both on-site and remote work.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service for all clients.
- Collaborate with our team to help clients achieve their goals using creative interventions.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status.
What you'll need#
- A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
- A current Florida Registered Intern license (RCSWI, RMFTI, or RMHCI).
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Ability to demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with a diverse client base.
- Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner.
