About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring a Behavioral Health Fellow in Cable, Ohio. This part-time role is for individuals who hold an RBT certification. You will work directly with clients to support their goals using evidence-based practices. We offer opportunities to accumulate both restricted and unrestricted hours for those pursuing further clinical certification.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
- Use interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An active RBT certification prior to starting work.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Cable, Ohio.
- Work is performed on-site in client homes or community-based locations.
- This is a part-time role with a rolling start date.
- We ask for a 6-month commitment to the role.
