About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time, on-site positions in State Center, Iowa. This role involves working directly with clients to support their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis. We are looking for individuals who can commit to this work for at least six months.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current RBT certification is required before starting work.
- Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor.
- A willingness to learn and help children with Autism.
- Backgrounds in education, childcare, youth mentorship, or behavioral health are helpful, but we provide training.

- Location: State Center, Iowa.
- Work modality: On-site in client homes or community locations.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling start dates.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
