About the role#
We are looking for a Registered Intern Therapist to join our team in Lake Worth. You will provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy. This role emphasizes autonomy and collaboration, allowing you to focus on client care while we manage administrative tasks like billing and scheduling.
What you'll do#
- Conduct mental health assessments and create treatment plans.
- Provide clinical interventions to reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning for clients.
- Maintain a minimum caseload and complete documentation according to company policy.
- Collaborate with case managers, families, medical staff, and colleagues.
- Apply evidence-based approaches to help clients reach their goals.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
- Communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Uphold ethical standards and follow all regulatory requirements.
What you'll need#
- An active Registered Intern license in Florida.
- A current NPI number.
- A valid Florida driver's license and insurability under our policy.
- Strong skills in diagnosis, clinical work, and crisis intervention.
- Ability to manage your time and work independently.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Familiarity with insurance billing and community resources is preferred.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lake Worth, Florida.
- The role is paid and follows a rolling term.
