About the role#
Heartland ABA is looking for individuals to join our team as a Future RBT or Behavior Hero Fellow. This role focuses on providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. You will work directly with clients to support their independence and growth. This is a part-time position that requires a 6-month commitment.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Use evidence-based interventions to support positive behavior and skill development.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as a member of our clinical team.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Maintain a positive learning environment for clients.
- Communicate and connect with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience and compassion when working with children.
- The ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Sidney, Nebraska.
- Services are provided in client homes or community-based locations.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
- We offer paid training for those who need it.

Heartland ABA provides personalized, at-home therapy for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The organization serves individuals between 18 months and 21 years of age. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, the company operates as a privately held entity. It employs between 11 and 50 people.
