About the role#
This is a full-time, paid practicum position for students pursuing a master's degree in Psychology. You will join our team to gain supervised clinical experience while working toward your BCBA certification. This role is on-site and follows a rolling application process.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 13 years.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Develop your clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of your direct care schedule, to complete BDS modules.
- Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
