About the role#
We are hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training for our Rising Stars program. This is a full-time, paid practicum designed for current Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians who are working toward their BCBA certification. This role is on-site in Shakopee, Minnesota, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Work with children between the ages of 18 months and 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
- Completion of 85 percent of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- Completion of all restricted hours.
