About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Analysis Practicum position. This role is for individuals currently working as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician who are actively accruing supervision hours. You will work in a center-based setting to support early childhood development.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children between 18 months and 8 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collect data to track progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000).
- All restricted hours must be completed.

- This is an on-site position located in Dallas, Texas.
- The role is full-time.
- This is a paid practicum.
