About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Student Analyst position for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited masters program. You will work on-site to provide early intervention therapy for children between the ages of 18 months and 13 years old. This role is part of a program designed to support your path toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with team members to support patient care.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited masters program related to Psychology.
- Status as a current Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Completion of 1700 out of 2000 required fieldwork hours (85%).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
