About the role#
We are hiring a Student Analyst to join our team in San Antonio. This role is for individuals currently enrolled in a masters program who are working toward their BCBA certification. You will gain hands-on experience in a center-based setting while receiving supervision. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy to children between 18 months and 8 years old.
- Collect clinical data and carry out individualized treatment plans.
- Work alongside BCBAs and other team members to support patient progress.
- Dedicate 8 hours each week to completing BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours, which equals 1700 out of 2000 hours.
- Completion of all required Restricted hours.
