About the role#
This is a paid internship for students or graduates interested in agriculture, supply chain management, or operations management. You will work in a hybrid capacity to support field operations and customer success. This role is practical and field-oriented, requiring regular time spent outdoors on farms to help growers, packhouses, and fruit companies get value from our technology.
What you'll do#
- Execute serviced trials with customers.
- Collect data on farms using mobile tools.
- Ensure trials run accurately and follow best practices.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for field visits.
- Support communication between customers and internal teams.
- Gain exposure to customer onboarding, data delivery, and seasonal workflows.
- Learn how AI insights influence farming decisions.
- Build knowledge of fruit production cycles and operational challenges.
- Take on increased responsibility as you gain experience.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in agriculture, AgTech, or field-based work.
- A willingness to travel regularly to farming regions across California.
- Reliable transport and a valid driver license.
- Comfort working outdoors in operational farm environments.
- A curious, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stay organized and follow processes carefully.
