About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship for students interested in the financial services industry. You will explore career paths in credit and lending, crop insurance, country home lending, and appraisal. The program lasts 10 to 12 weeks, running from June through August 2027. You will work with a designated coach to navigate the program.
What you'll do#
- Complete an individual research project.
- Follow a formal learning guide to gain exposure to different positions and business areas.
- Gain insights into career opportunities within the cooperative.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, ag economics, ag business, or a related field.
- Completed coursework in areas such as ag business, finance, accounting, economics, farm and ranch management, business management, or marketing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
- We prefer students with junior status who expect to graduate in 2028.
- An agricultural background is helpful but not required.

Compensation is $22.00 per hour. Interns who must secure temporary housing due to the internship location will receive a housing stipend. We do not provide work authorization sponsorship.
