    About the role#

    We are looking for students to join the Lynn Lake Project for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid internship lasting 8 to 12 months. You will work on-site at the mine project in Lynn Lake, Manitoba, following a rotating shift schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, environment, geology, and mine operations.
    • Support the engineering and environmental departments with daily tasks to assist in project construction.
    • Participate in safety meetings and hazard assessments.
    • Follow all site safety policies and protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment like high-visibility vests, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a university or college engineering program, specifically in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Geological, or a related discipline.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • A valid driver's license.
    • A high level of attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
    • Comfort working within industrial and construction environments.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    • Location: Lynn Lake, Manitoba, Canada.
    • Term: Fall 2026 (8 to 12 months).
    • Compensation: CAD $25.93 to $29.82 per hour.
    • Work Modality: On-site, full-time.
