About the role#
This is a full-time, 8-month co-op position based at the Highland Valley Copper operation in Logan Lake, British Columbia. You will work on-site to support the reliability team at this open-pit copper and molybdenum mine.
What you'll do#
- Assist with reliability analysis to support mine operations.
- Help the team with maintenance planning and scheduling tasks.
- Analyze operational data to identify improvements.
- Provide technical support to various engineering teams.
- Participate in regular safety and operational meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Mechanical, Environmental, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with technical software.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with mining processes.
