About the role#
This internship provides an immersive experience for students interested in investment banking, private equity, or private credit. You will work within investment teams at AB Private Credit Investors, a platform managing over 26 billion dollars in capital. The program focuses on fundamental due diligence and transaction analysis to support debt financing for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and growth investments.
What you'll do#
- Perform corporate credit analysis.
- Build skills in financial modeling and valuation.
- Participate in the loan origination and underwriting process.
- Contribute to the investment decision making process.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree candidates with a strong academic record.
- Preference for May 2029 graduates (Rising Juniors), though Rising Seniors will be considered.
- Preference for Finance majors, but other technical business tracks are welcome.
- Ability to analyze data and use Excel and PowerPoint effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and interest in a career in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
