About the role#
This internship offers undergraduate students exposure to asset management, investment research, and financial services. You will join the Portfolio Management Group, which handles portfolio implementation and coordinates with trading, operations, and sales teams. You will gain insight into private wealth management, including tax aware investing and wealth planning strategies.
What you'll do#
- Support all aspects of the business.
- Execute project-based initiatives focused on process improvement and portfolio strategies.
- Perform data analysis.
- Partner with team members to support group goals.
- Network and interact with professionals across the firm.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student expecting a Bachelor’s degree in May or June 2028.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong interest in financial markets, industry regulations, and portfolio management.
- Detail-oriented mindset with quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think holistically about end-to-end processes.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must not require sponsorship now or in the future.

- Location: Nashville, Tennessee.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Requirements: You must be available to work full-time for the duration of the summer. You cannot take academic classes or hold other employment during this time. Successful completion of a background check is required.
