About the role#
The Global Demand Planning Intern is a 12-week, full-time training program designed for students to gain exposure to cross-functional business capabilities. You will work alongside employees to solve real problems and contribute to business initiatives. Throughout the summer, you will own a strategic project matched to your skills and interests while participating in networking events and professional development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze historical sales data to support demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather market intelligence.
- Update demand plans and track forecast accuracy.
- Work with supply planners to review planning strategy, inventory levels, and identify potential constraints.
- Monitor key performance indicators including inventory health and service levels.
- Use Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and supply chain planning tools to prepare reports.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support projects aimed at enhancing planning efficiency.
- Own a strategic project aligned with company business initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration from an accredited college or university.
- Available to work full-time for the 12-week duration of the Summer 2027 internship.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer.

- This is a paid, on-site internship.
- Positions are available in Lisle, Illinois and Rochester Hills, Michigan.
