About the role#
As a Process Excellence Summer Analyst, you will join a 10-week internship program designed to help you build core consulting skills. You will work in a team-oriented environment to solve real business challenges for clients. This role focuses on using technology and data to drive transformation, improve processes, and support organizational change. You will receive guidance from a mentor throughout the summer to help you grow professionally.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data to uncover insights and inform business decisions.
- Support strategic development, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience with AI, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics.
- Develop business cases for strategic transformations, including value realization tracking and maintenance.
- Conduct internal and external interviews to define opportunities, roadmaps, and operating models.
- Create an internship deliverable and final presentation.
- Collaborate in-person with team members, clients, and company leaders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical), Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management.
- Prior internship or work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and communicate complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and accountability.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Work will take place in person at our offices, client sites, or delivery centers.
- Locations include Arlington, VA; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Culver City, CA; Houston, TX; Irving, TX; Minneapolis, MN; Morristown, NJ; New York, NY; San Diego, CA; Philadelphia, PA; and Seattle, WA.
