About the role#
Bernstein Private Wealth Management provides investment services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. As a Private Wealth Summer Intern, you will work with Financial Advisors to support the growth of our platform. You will gain experience in the financial services industry while working on real business needs. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Financial Advisors to provide service and support.
- Assist with asset allocation recommendations, capital markets positioning, portfolio analytics, and wealth and legacy planning.
- Perform portfolio analysis and manage account creation and maintenance.
- Prepare materials for client and prospect meetings.
- Complete ad-hoc business projects.
- Participate in career management, mentorship, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Engage in networking opportunities and social outings.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree candidate graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work as a team player.
- Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred.
- Relevant internship experience and coursework in finance or economics are preferred.
- Security Industry Essentials (SIE) certification is a valuable asset.
