About the role#
AllTech Services, Inc. is hiring a Sales & Brand Ambassador Intern to gain hands-on experience in lead generation and face-to-face sales. You will work in retail partner locations to build rapport with customers and represent our brand. This is a paid, part-time position designed to provide mentorship and real-world sales skills.
What you'll do#
- Engage with shoppers in retail environments to build rapport.
- Identify customer needs related to home comfort, heating, cooling, and plumbing.
- Schedule free consultations for system design professionals.
- Log prospective leads into the company system for office follow-up.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts.
- Confidence and comfort striking up conversations with new people.
- A self-driven personality motivated by performance incentives.

- This role is based on-site in Sterling, Reston, and Fairfax, Virginia.
- The position is part-time and paid.
- This is a rolling internship.
