About the role#
The AWM & Alternatives Consulting Internship is a ten-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in the financial services consulting sector. You will work within small teams of two to six consultants to support major asset and wealth management clients. The program begins with a dedicated training period to build core consulting skills and establish a professional network. Throughout the summer, you will gain exposure to strategy, operations, and technology transformation while working alongside senior industry executives.
What you'll do#
- Follow project delivery plans to produce accurate, complete, and timely work.
- Assist in the facilitation of client meetings and workshops.
- Perform data analysis using Excel.
- Create content and presentations using PowerPoint.
- Collect and analyze data to test hypotheses and present recommendations to clients.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of current challenges facing the Asset & Wealth Management industry.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or non-MBA master's student graduating between September 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, extracurricular, or personal pursuits.
- Ability to commit to the full program duration from June 14, 2027, to August 20, 2027.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
