    About the role#

    The Administrative & Membership Intern supports daily office operations, membership services, and cross-departmental initiatives. This position is for an organized, tech-savvy individual who is comfortable communicating with professionals and contributing to internal projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage incoming phone calls and distribute mail.
    • Maintain office supply inventory and general workspace organization.
    • Perform data entry and database clean-up projects to ensure accurate member records.
    • Handle membership inquiries and communications.
    • Assist various departments with administrative tasks, event fulfillment, and publication processes.
    • Identify workflow inefficiencies and participate in process improvement initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a college or university program, with a preference for business, finance, communications, or related fields.
    • Strong comfort level with technology and digital tools.
    • Familiarity with AI platforms like ChatGPT and automation tools is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
