About the role#
The Global Risk & Compliance Summer Internship Program provides opportunities across multiple teams to develop skills and gain experience in an independent risk management function. You will work on strategic initiatives that help the company operate in a safe and compliant manner. This program places interns into specific functional areas based on academic background, skills, and business needs. These areas include Financial Risk Management, Global Compliance and Ethics, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Global Financial Crime Compliance, and Technical Risk Management.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic initiatives and projects that strengthen risk and compliance programs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and business insights.
- Assist with risk assessments, monitoring, governance, and reporting activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and improve processes.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings to business partners and leaders.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Master's or Juris Doctor degree program.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in risk management, compliance, financial services, or data analytics.
- Academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
