About the role#
The Paid Media Intern supports the Growth and Performance Marketing team. You will work on advertising initiatives for brands including Innisfree, Hanyul, and Mamonde. This role focuses on driving brand awareness and conversion across multiple channels. You will gain experience in full-funnel media strategies while working with brand, PR, social, and creative teams.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns for Sephora, DTC, and TikTok Shop.
- Write creative briefs for Paid Social campaigns and conduct weekly competitive research.
- Manage the delivery of creative assets to agency partners to ensure timely execution.
- Handle monthly invoicing and billing processes.
- Pull, analyze, and present monthly creative reports to cross-functional teams.
- Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve paid media strategies.
What you'll need#
- A degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Availability for a 6-month internship.
- Previous work experience at a media or creative marketing agency.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying trends.
