About the role#
The Amazon Content Operations Intern supports the management, optimization, and execution of digital content for Amorepacific brands. This role focuses on product detail pages, A+ Content modules, media placements, and Brand Stores. You will work with the Content Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to handle content workflows, support product launches, and improve the customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Manage the upload, publication, and maintenance of imagery, media placements, and Brand Store assets.
- Assist in daily operations to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, Amazon policies, and best practices.
- Conduct quality assurance audits before seasonal events and product launches.
- Analyze SEO data and keyword trends to inform content strategies and help product discoverability.
- Partner with marketing and account management teams to track project timelines and deliverables.
- Evaluate customer reviews and search behavior to identify opportunities for content enhancement.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
- A strong interest in eCommerce, retail media, or content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in collaborative team environments.
