About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Strategy team leads programs that improve how Labcorp attracts talent, supports recruiters, and enhances the overall hiring experience. As an intern, you will complete an anchor project focused on activating our Employee Value Proposition while contributing to a portfolio of operational assignments. This role provides exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, process improvement, and data analysis. You will present your outcomes and recommendations to HR and Talent Acquisition leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Support the activation of our Employee Value Proposition across recruitment channels.
- Create employee stories, testimonials, and reusable employer brand content.
- Audit and update recruiter job aids, process documentation, and SharePoint resources.
- Convert existing training recordings into concise, task-based learning content.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition data analysis, KPI reporting, and identifying data gaps.
- Map workflows and research methods to measure quality of hire.
- Perform administrative tasks including profile activation in Fieldglass, troubleshooting error logs, and managing the GTA SharePoint site.
- Participate in global expansion activities for the contingent workforce through reporting and team calls.
- Review external trends to identify opportunities for strengthening digital reach.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, or Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
- Availability for the full 11-week program from June 1, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex content into user-friendly resources.
- Comfort working with data, identifying trends, and summarizing findings.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently under general supervision.
- A commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, or employee experience.
- Professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
