About the role#
As a Stagiaire Industriel, you will support operations related to industrial projects, production, and systems. You will gain exposure to the cement industry, industrial equipment, and maintenance processes. This role focuses on operational support, safety compliance, and performance analysis.
What you'll do#
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety policies and procedures across all work sites.
- Participate in reviewing safety protocols, maintenance programs, and optimization projects.
- Assist teams in evaluating and improving operational plans.
- Provide performance analyses and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- Help coordinate and plan daily operational activities.
- Promote a culture of safety and maintain clear communication with team members and external partners.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a CEGEP or university program in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and SAP.
- Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of project management, cost control, and planning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in heavy industry is an asset.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
