    About the role#

    As a Biomedical Engineering Intern, you will support the development of healthcare and digital health technologies. You will work alongside engineers and scientists to contribute to projects involving biomedical signal processing, clinical data analysis, and algorithm development. This role allows you to apply your academic knowledge to real-world sensing technologies and multidisciplinary product development.

    What you'll do#

    • Analyze and interpret clinical and biomedical data to support digital health and disease management initiatives.
    • Assist with clinical validation activities, data collection, and research studies.
    • Support the development and evaluation of algorithms for biomedical signal processing and health monitoring applications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, firmware, and systems engineers.
    • Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate technical findings and project outcomes.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Understanding of human physiology, biomedical systems, or healthcare-related technologies.
    • Ability to analyze data and apply statistical methods to support research and engineering activities.
    • Foundational knowledge of signal processing concepts.
    • Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and algorithm development.

    • Compensation: Paid position with an expected wage range of $22 to $41 per hour
