About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Buffalo, New York, to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. We are looking for students currently pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Nutrition, Public Health, or Health Administration.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily food service operations.
- Support the team with food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide customer service to guests.
- Ensure all tasks meet health and safety regulations.
