About the role#
This is a paid, part-time student worker position supporting food service and catering operations at the University of Delaware. The role is on-site for the Summer 2026 term. We are open to students from various fields of study, including Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Psychology, and Communications.
What you'll do#
You will help prepare and serve food while keeping work areas and equipment clean. Your day-to-day includes interacting with customers and supporting catering events. You must follow all safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
What you'll need#
You must be a currently enrolled student at the University of Delaware. We look for people with strong customer service skills who can handle a busy environment. A flexible schedule is necessary for this role. Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
