About the role#
We are hiring student workers for food service and catering roles at the University of Tennessee. This is a paid, part-time position for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Knoxville.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and serve food for various events.
- Keep kitchen and service areas clean.
- Manage inventory levels and place supply orders.
- Handle cashier duties when necessary.
- Interact with guests to provide service.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at the University of Tennessee.
- We prefer candidates with prior experience in food service or catering.
- You need strong communication skills.
- You must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- You should be comfortable working in a busy environment.
- This role is open to students majoring in Business Administration, Nutrition, or Civil Engineering.
