About the role#
The Junior Analyst Intern will support the Investor Relations team across capital formation, limited partner servicing, and investor communications. Reporting to IR leadership, you will gain exposure to the full spectrum of investor relations work while taking ownership of specific projects. This six-month program provides a window into institutional capital formation and private equity operations within the healthcare sector.
What you'll do#
- Support investor meetings and roadshow preparation, including materials coordination, presentation rehearsal, and follow-up logistics.
- Assist with capital call and distribution communications to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to the investor base.
- Develop and maintain database materials tracking institutional investor preferences, fund performance, and competitor positioning in the healthcare private equity market.
- Support the preparation of quarterly reporting packages, including data compilation and document organization.
- Conduct market research on healthcare investment trends, competitor fundraising activity, and institutional investor sentiment.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate (within 2 years) pursuing or holding a degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to distil information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A genuine interest in private equity, institutional investment, and healthcare. Prior sector experience is not required.
