About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience with trade compliance, export operations, and global logistics. You will work with the Global Trade team in Fort Myers, Florida, to support data validation, shipment tracking, and documentation management. This role runs from January 2027 through April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Review and clean data for Global Trade Power BI dashboards.
- Track daily export shipments and update details like export dates and ports.
- Organize export records for government-contracted accounts.
- Compare Bill of Materials information across different systems to identify discrepancies.
- Gather and organize documentation for Letter of Credit transactions.
- Collect supplier and product information to support Free Trade Agreement reviews.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a college degree in Supply Chain Management, International Relations, International Business, or Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Power BI fundamentals is preferred.
