About the role#
Artivion is looking for an intern to support technical documentation updates at our Austin facility. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of our software manuals and technical records. You will work with AI-assisted tools to research information and ensure our documentation remains consistent and formatted correctly.
What you'll do#
- Review documents to identify tags, placeholders, and areas needing updates.
- Use ChatGPT to analyze software manuals and extract necessary information.
- Verify that AI-generated results match the original source material.
- Update documents while maintaining grammar, formatting, and overall accuracy.
- Track your completed work and follow company protocols for document control and confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Word and electronic document systems.
- Willingness to learn and use ChatGPT or other AI-assisted tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks.
- Background in engineering, computer science, or information systems is helpful but not required.
