About the role#
As a Summer Analyst, you will join the investment team for the 2027 summer term. You will participate in the direct private equity investment process, including investment screening, financial modeling, and transaction due diligence. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Montréal.
What you'll do#
- Support the team in performing preliminary analysis of infrastructure investment opportunities and competitive valuations.
- Participate in due diligence by analyzing investment merits and risks.
- Build complex financial models, including detailed sensitivity analysis and valuation assumptions.
- Prepare quarterly valuations for existing assets using discounted cashflow models.
- Draft investment recommendation memorandums and create PowerPoint presentations to support fundraising efforts.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business or Finance with a minimum 3.5 / 4.0 GPA.
- You are bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
- You possess a superior level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- You have a strong interest in corporate finance, infrastructure, and investment.
