About the role#
Bala Consulting Engineers offers a full-time, paid internship for students interested in MEP or structural engineering. You will work directly with our engineering staff to learn the building design process. This role focuses on hands-on growth and practical experience.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside engineering staff to learn project phases, industry codes, and equipment specifications.
- Attend project site visits and surveys to see real-world building systems and conditions.
- Gain technical knowledge through direct participation in our design work.

- This is an on-site position.
- We have offices in Baltimore, MD, New York, NY, Wayne, PA, Boston, MA, and Arlington, VA.
- Internships are offered on a rolling basis.
