About the role#
This role provides technical assistance to a defined group of patients. You will work under the direction of a registered nurse to help achieve quality patient outcomes. You also serve as a point of communication for staff, patients, and guests.
What you'll do#
- Assess patients under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Help develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
- Provide direct patient care and general assistance to the nursing staff.
- Participate in activities to improve health care delivery.
- Build your clinical leadership knowledge and complete assigned goals.
- Participate in ongoing educational activities.
What you'll need#
- Graduation from a registered nursing program and currently awaiting licensure.
- Computer literacy.
- BLS certification, which must be obtained within 14 days of your hire date.
- Please note that you may remain in this job category for no longer than 90 days after your graduation date.

- Location: Memphis, Tennessee.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with rolling start dates.
