    About the role#

    As an Agricultural Customer Care Summer Intern, you will gain practical experience supporting Canadian growers. You will work from our head office in Calgary to provide product support and resolve claims. This role is a 4-month position designed for students who will return to their studies after the summer. You will work 40 hours per week, with some weekend work required during peak season.

    What you'll do#

    • Resolve product, agronomic, and programming inquiries to help customers make confident decisions.
    • Drive awareness and adoption of BASF solutions through demand generation activities.
    • Manage customer claims from start to finish by delivering timely and effective resolutions.
    • Build industry experience while collaborating with various BASF teams.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Science, or related degree program.
    • Intent to return to post-secondary studies following the internship.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with an organized, detail-oriented approach.
    • A customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Passion for agriculture and interest in supporting Canadian growers.

    • Location: Calgary, Alberta.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Pay: $25 to $32 per hour.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment type: Full-time.
