About the role#
The Sales Intern position provides an opportunity to gain experience in equipment sales. You will learn company processes and procedures across the Parts, Service, Sales, and Management departments. This is a part-time, paid role designed for students, typically before their senior year of college. The program includes structured training to prepare you for a career in equipment sales and offers potential for full-time employment after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various departments to understand daily workflows and teamwork.
- Develop sales skills including relationship building, product knowledge, and inventory management.
- Navigate company systems and processes.
- Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training.
- Maintain a professional image, follow safety protocols, and support a positive team environment.
What you'll need#

- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort using computers, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
