About the role#
This internship provides high school students with paid, part-time work at a dealership. You will gain experience in the heavy equipment industry by shadowing team members and working across the parts, sales, and service departments. This is a rolling program with hours available during the summer, school breaks, and after class.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and assist technicians with equipment repairs.
- Help out in the parts department and showroom.
- Support building and yard maintenance, including cleaning equipment.
- Participate in company training and team meetings.
- Follow all safety rules and company policies.
- Maintain a professional image when interacting with customers and the community.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong computer, communication, and written skills.
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
- Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
