About the role#
As a Regulatory Operations Intern, you will support a large-scale tax registration initiative. You will work alongside the Legal team to coordinate registrations across multiple jurisdictions. This role provides hands-on experience in regulatory operations and cross-functional project management.
What you'll do#
- Maintain project trackers and dashboards for state tax registration activities, including milestones and open items.
- Coordinate with third-party providers, internal stakeholders, and state agencies to manage registrations and information requests.
- Establish, verify, and document state tax portal accounts, logins, and user access.
- Research state agency processes, payment options, and requirements for tax remittance.
- Support process improvement by organizing documentation and creating repeatable procedures for compliance projects.
What you'll need#
- Rising Senior status pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Legal, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and track open items.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive approach to researching unfamiliar topics and summarizing findings.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Fall 2026.
- The role is based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, with a hybrid and remote work schedule.
- Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
