About the role#
BCM One is hiring interns for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. This is a paid, full-time position based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. You will work on marketing initiatives, gain experience with AI-powered tools, and support programs that drive company growth. This role follows a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Create content using AI tools, including blogs, playbooks, customer-facing guides, and sales enablement materials.
- Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns through research, content development, and execution.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and logistics for marketing events.
- Collaborate with team members on integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Conduct research on customers, markets, and competitors to support campaign initiatives.
- Track performance metrics to help identify opportunities for optimization.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team while managing independent projects.
- A basic understanding of marketing concepts like demand generation, content marketing, and social media.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.

- Compensation: $15 to $18 per hour.
