About the role#
We are hiring an intern for our Land/Site Development team in Charlotte. This is a full-time, paid position that runs on a rolling basis. You will work alongside our staff, receive mentorship, and take part in intern-specific training and events.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on daily project tasks.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced BGE employees.
- Participate in scheduled career development events and training.
- Join in designated intern activities outside of regular project work.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Proficiency with MS Office software.
- A willingness to learn industry-specific software tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
