About the role#
Blank Street is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the team in Brooklyn. You will report to the US Marketing Managers and work on a variety of projects, from product launches to brand partnerships and store openings. This role is a chance to take ownership of specific tasks and learn how campaigns move from an initial idea to final execution.
What you'll do#
- Support campaigns from kickoff to completion.
- Take ownership of specific pieces within product launches, brand partnerships, and store openings.
- Help execute the in-store playbook to maintain brand consistency.
- Partner with creative and operations teams to build project management skills.
- Support work across retail, experiential, digital, social, and press channels.
- Bring an outside perspective and question established processes.
What you'll need#
- 1-2 years of experience through internships, campus organizations, or early roles.
- Exposure to marketing, brand, or content work is preferred.
- A natural instinct for what makes content compelling.
- A strong sense of taste and curiosity about storytelling.
- An organized, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- The ability to bring energy to scrappy work.
- An interest in lifestyle brands or startups.
- Awareness of current trends and culture.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days in-person).
- Term: Rolling.
- Employment: Full-time.
- Compensation: $30 - $50 per hour.
- Majors: Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
