    About the role#

    As a Campaign Fundraising Manager, you will lead peer to peer fundraising efforts to meet revenue goals for the Student Visionaries of the Year program. You will build relationships with volunteers and donors to support the mission of Blood Cancer United in the Miami area. This is a full-time, hybrid position.

    What you'll do#

    • Drive high-impact peer to peer fundraising to achieve revenue targets.
    • Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research departments to communicate organizational programs and priorities.
    • Organize local donor cultivation events focused on the mission.
    • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
    • Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through independent research and prospecting.
    • Collaborate with local and national teams to execute annual strategic plans.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Ability to supervise groups of volunteers.
    • Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
