    About the role#

    As the Campaign Development Director for Student Visionaries of the Year, you will lead staff teams and build relationships with donors and volunteers. You are responsible for creating and executing a strategic plan to meet and exceed revenue goals for our mission. This position requires local travel up to 30 percent of the time and occasional work on evenings or weekends.

    What you'll do#

    • Lead and train fundraising staff and volunteer committees.
    • Organize local donor cultivation events.
    • Recruit and manage high-level volunteer leadership.
    • Partner with internal departments to communicate our mission and research priorities.
    • Achieve high-impact peer to peer fundraising revenue goals.
    • Retain and upgrade sponsorships for all campaigns.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 7-8 years of relatable experience.
    • A demonstrated track record of success.
    • Ability to develop high performing teams.
    • Comfort with getting into the details as necessary.
    • Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or Health Administration are preferred.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid position based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
    • The role is on-site with a rolling application term.
