    About the role#

    Blood Cancer United is looking for a Campaign Fundraising Manager to join our team in Palm Beach. You will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals. This role focuses on mission integration and expanding our donor network within the local market.

    What you'll do#

    • Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to reach revenue targets.
    • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
    • Partner with internal departments to communicate our mission and programs.
    • Develop strategic plans for fundraising products, including budgets and timelines.
    • Identify and network with key donors and constituents to gain support.
    • Organize local donor cultivation events.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
    • Ability to manage individual accounts of 5-figures or more.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
    • Experience using multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience supervising and leading volunteer groups.

    • This position is based in Palm Beach, Florida.
    • The role is full-time and follows a hybrid work model.
    • This is a paid position with a rolling term.
