    About the role#

    Blood Cancer United is looking for a Campaign Fundraising Manager to help drive our Student Visionaries of the Year initiative. In this role, you will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals. You will work within a designated market area to advance our mission of finding cures for cancer.

    What you'll do#

    • Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to reach revenue targets.
    • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
    • Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate our mission and programs.
    • Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events.
    • Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through research and networking.
    • Manage campaign resources and provide input on strategic planning.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
    • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
    • Experience supervising and leading groups of volunteers.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence others.

    • Location: Fresno, California.
    • Modality: Hybrid.
    • Employment type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: Paid position.
    • Note: This role requires travel within the designated area and occasional work on evenings or weekends. You may need to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
