About the role#
As an intern at Northland Securities, you will build a working knowledge of our business practices and operations. You will focus on developing core professional skills and gaining industry insight through educational sessions and project work. You will work closely with your manager to create and complete a personal development plan that aligns your interests with our organizational opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Attend and participate in required educational sessions to build your understanding of our systems and processes.
- Lead or support the completion of assigned short-term projects.
- Collaborate with your manager to implement a development plan.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student.
- A major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Completed coursework in investments.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.

- This position is based on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- The role is full-time and paid.
- We are hiring on a rolling basis.
