About the role#
Continental Properties is looking for a Summer 2027 Real Estate Development Intern to join our home office in Menomonee Falls. You will work directly with our Development team to gain experience across the full lifecycle of real estate projects. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Report on project costs, schedule variances, and recovery options.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis focused on multifamily housing.
- Draft and distribute consultant proposals to assist with project planning.
- Prepare and send zoning, access, and Will Serve request letters to stakeholders.
- Help with early-stage project reconnaissance, including code reviews, impact fee assessments, and desktop research.
- Provide general administrative support for team initiatives and tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in a Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related degree program.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in real estate development.

- Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.
